Our Mission;

- Is to research and examine Turkic culture and civilization in language, history, literature, folklore and other fields.

- Is to share the results with the public and the scientific world through various publications obtained in these fields.

- Is to organize activities such as symposiums, panels, workshops, seminars, conferences and summer schools on the related subjects.

Our Vision;

- Is to do interdisciplinary studies.

- Is to provide postgraduate education on Turkic language, culture, history, literature and art, to have master`s and doctoral degrees, to improve research staff and to train academic staff.

- Is to make projects in order to better introduce and teach Turkic culture, history, language and literature.

- Is to collaborate with relevant domestic and international organizations.

- Is to carry out studies by organizing in the form of research desks like strategic research institutes in addition to the conventional academic structuring in regard to departments.
